Short Description

 

The cottage was built in 2007/08 in a classic Canadian style with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open living and dining areas, open kitchen, wood stove, Indoor sauna, garage and several patios. It is romantically located on a pristine 25 acre lot with its own 400 m water front, pier and beautiful view on a 12 km long and 4 km wide bay. Quiet, natural location with much wildlife and still only an 8 min drive to a nice, small university town, that offers everything the heart desires.

 

The House

 

App. 165 m² living area, app. 44 m² using area, additionally app. 60 m² main upper deck, 20 m² lower deck, additional carport (12x4 m). Ideal for up to 6 people. Natural, Canadian cedar shingles cover the entire house and provide a comfortable atmosphere. The house is allergenic friendly.

 

First Floor

• sauna quiet area with lounge chairs and exit to the lower deck, you can also jump straight into the sheltered ocean bay from here

• the living area downstairs is covered with Terra cotta tiles, heated floors
• exit to the 12 m long carport
